Yes sir i do have it installed.
A new guishop config no longer auto generates image links for default rust items.
Since ImageLibrary already fetches those images and caches them based on the item short names/skin's
However, you can manually insert an image URL the guishop will call the link directly and attempt to have ImageLibrary cache it.
But just because ImageLibrary cannot cash the image does not prevent the Images from working inside GUIShop.
Also, since this is technically an ImageLibrary issue, I would suggest posting under that plugin and not GUIShop.

You seem to have a lot of unknown errors occurring on ImageLibrary it is suggested that you shut down the server and delete the rust server sv.files
Also, I recommend deleting the ImageLibrary data files ( image_data.json ) and ( image_urls.json )
Then boot your server and see if it resolves most of those unknown errors ^
After your server is fully booted and ImageLibrary is done it should look something like this
