It would depend on the currency system you have enabled. But it does support discord logging. And players can earn money from selling items in the shops.

On my server, one player at the first entrance to the store received 1800 on the balance in the discord there was no mark on the sale of anything.

Okie, so if you are using custom currency then they have to have the money on them ( which is the item you specified ) so it is working as intended.

If a player opens the shop and they have 1800 scrap on them ( which is by default the custom currency setting ) then ya it's going to say that player has 1800 currency since that is the custom item being used as currency for the shop.
