I dont want sell items Only Buy 

open the GUIShop config file in like notepad++ and do find "EnableSell": true,

And replace with "EnableSell": false,

or you can manually set them all at the bottom of the config per each item.

Last Question bro how make the price = amount not the price = one of amount

That currently is not a feature/something you can do. I will see if I can update it to support multiple quantities having different pricing
