I cannot open guishop config to change prices also when i try to use itemcostcalcualtor(ICC) i cant find shop shop file to drop the ICC files into.

Don't use GameServerKing then or simply download the config file to edit/re-upload. Avoid using Filezilla. 

its in datafolder ?
