please This... has got to be the most important ever... please theres gotta be a way.. my brain is melting over this 10,406 line config file... or have some presets... something... edit values and disable or enable buy/sell would be so amazing... then I could have me and my team edit the store instead of me drownding in this never ending config... :'( hours and I feel like ive not even made a dent. 

An Editor UI is possible. It would require much work.
However, much of the code structure needs more separating and not wrapped inside of the same methods.
I have begun to separate them even better slowly.
Doing so results in more repairs and restructuring each time.
Once it is at a suitable point, hopefully, I can resume to add in more features.
