has anyone been able to get this to work without another plugin?

When I add the heli to config I get the following error: [Image Library] There was a error querying Steam for workshop item data : Code (400)

The command would have to be provided by something, which the server doesn't have that command natively. This has been answered in a few threads.

The Image Library error isn't related to your question.

Not very helpful as I saw your other response and it does not work.  When I add "Your" code to call heli in the config that error appears.  Remove that code and that error goes away...

Not sure what code you are referring to, but the command would have to exist in a plugin for it to be usable in this plugin. If you have that and you've tried the example configuration, you'd need to provide more details.
