A temp solution that works on my server: I unloaded ImageLibrary, reloaded GUIShop, then loaded ImageLibrary. The problem comes back if I load ImageLibrary before GUIShop.

Edit: I may have figured it out. As long as all items on Shop List in config have shortnames, the procedure above works. But if there is an item with shortname "null", there is no way to get it working. It appears this is related to fetching "null" shortnames.
