Why doesn't everyone who takes over someone elses old plugin feel the need to re-write the whole damn thing?

It would be helpful to the current maintainer if you could specify what your issues are with the new update. Were there specific features in the previous version that you were relying on, or is it just a pain to wipe out and redo the configuration?

^ This, I have like 20+ NPC vendors using this shop. Not updating it as it works fine.
So your issue is that there isn't enough NPC vendor support now? Before you had to code it all yourself regardless. So, that is why I have left the others as an option to download.
I will add more NPC/Shops support in the coming future but for now, you are free to use 1.6.0 or later.
