Hello folks! can i use this plugin on my community server?

You cannot use any plugin that changes player experience. so i would say no

Ultimately its up to you , But if i was running community servers instead of modded ones i would rather be safe than sorry,
This plugin has 3 optional plugin dependencies and also uses Permissions system, So each or all of those would also have to be community *safe,
And apart from that there is no longer any dev maintaining it.
