1. The cheats that bypass the noclip/debugcam spam either spam counter-commands or block those commands as they arrive. I am working on a countermeasure for this.

2. The clipping checks are explained here in the documentation.

3. Yes. Water walk and (p)silent detection are both in beta testing. These should be ready for release after a few more update cycles.
