I do not see an option in the config to change where the announcement is on the screen. It currently displays across the top of the screen cutting across my logo and hud. How can I move it to display down about 25% from the top as a GUIannouncement?

You  have to install gui announcements plugin and adjust the settings there (afaik) and change option to true in

"enable gui announcements plugin from umod.org": false,​
