LockToPlayer for the first player

Hello,
a player kills all the npc except one, another player arrives, kills the last one and the crate is his.
In my opinion this is not logical, the crate should be reserved for the one who started the event.
Is there an option for this that I haven't seen?
If I set LockToPlayer to false does that fix the problem?
If not, could this option be added?

Experiencing same issue as OP. 
And teh "LockToPlayer" set to false. Still the same result.
