Player reported the scientists spawned in their base with the event happening on or next to their base.
I checked out their base and there was nothing unusual about it.
I asked if it was possible they placed their TC after the event started but they said they had placed it before it started.
I'm not seeing anything in rcon/logs about the time they reported it.
