Hey,
the grouplimits.ignore permission only works if the admin is the one who causes the limit to be exceeded.

However, if the admin is already authorized at a TC and then another person authorizes himself and thus exceeds the limit, a message is sent.

It would be good if the plugin queries those who are already authorized and checks if someone has permission.
