Disable for decaying bug / exploit on latest update version (3.0.0)

Noticed an issue were a group exploited this config. Someone authed on the tc will temporary take out wood / build something twig to get the decaying flag. Then get the rest of the team to auth on the tc  (ie if limit is 4, they can now have unlimited players on the tc). Then remove twig + wood from tc so base is no longer decaying.

 

It doest matter if I set:
"Deauthorize": true,
"Deauthorize All": true,

The decay flag take priority and players can/are exploiting this.

A way to fix would to be able to use these flags togeather (ie only kick a player off tc auth if the base is decaying).

This will allow players to take over / claim decaying bases, and prevent groups from expliting a zerg group on a tc to get auth on all base traps.
