Error while compiling: GroupLimits.cs(439,61): error CS1525: Unexpected symbol `=', expecting `;', `{', `=>', or `where' 

i have tried to just run this plugin alone and i get same error

Did you modify the plugin .cs file at all? I can't reproduce that.

sorry i figured it out my ftp was not uploading the whole file.
