Is it possible by any means to see the topics of the plugins that have been created and are not solved?

This would make it possible in a first step to be able to help those who have a problem. Currently, it is not possible to see plugins that have new topics. Not to my knowledge, anyway.

I guess it's voluntary on your part to avoid thousands of pages maybe? But on the other hand we can no longer follow the plugins as it was the case on oxide.

The forum isn't really an issue tracker, it's a forum we're using as an issue tracker.  A proper issue tracker would have the listing/feature you describe and issue integration into GitHub and GitLab is planned, time permitting. 

You are, however, free to subscribe to notifications from plugin forum categories that you might be willing or competent to assist with.
