Plugin listing not showing latest updates

When browsing plugins, If I select to view by last updated I tend to find that plugins that have been updated are not listed..

E.g. At the time of writing this "Loot Bouncer" has been updated 3 hours ago however the list shows "Guess the word" first, Which was updated 5 hours ago.

Is this something that has been pointed out before?

This is a known issue with the cache not being updated correctly.
