Sharing profits in marketplace?Suggestion

So, first off, I cannot wait for this to be fully implemented and working.
I have a question on it however.
Will we be able to create a plugin, and share profits, if it was worked on by more than just yourself?

You cannot sell someone else's work without permission, especially if it's something you took over; but you can sell original works that you wrote yourself. If you wrote it together and there's evidence of that, then selling it should be fine and you can split any profits however you'd like once paid out.

I think he meant that they want to post a plugin here and that it will automatically split the profits.

Bingo. I have no intent on selling other people’s code. That’s just wrong.
I was wondering if you worked on a plugin with another developer. Would you be able to split the profits as you both had worked on it?

I fully understood what he meant, which is why I said it can be split after being paid out.

There is no functionality for sharing resources nor profit from them at this time, and I doubt there will be anytime soon as time can be better spent elsewhere as this wouldn’t be a widely used feature.

Given the current implementation we have, it wouldn't be very difficult to implement.  So, we won't say NO to this, just give us time as there are many more fundamental things to work out first.
