Can't upload plugins...

There's a known issue right now that is triggering it with certain post types.

Also problems with updating docs

I am not able to reproduce that in either Chrome or Firefox.  I will need more information.

What i can do?

Check your F12 console when loading the page.  Check for errors or if any scripts do not load or fail to load.
The script specifically related to AJAX form submission in this case is jquery.form.js

If you have some type of blockers, like AdBlock or NoScript, ensure you aren't blocking the scripts.  That's what this looks like.  This site is designed to allow updates even without scripts, however the behavior of the site is unpredictable without them.
