Email.de domain not receiving emailsSolved
... a friend has registered with umod and has received no verification email since january 1st. all spamfolder turnded off.
I think it's because of the ending @email.de, but this is not a trash email address but a premium email address from WEB.de.

I had the same problem that I did not get a verification email because I use the ending @eMail.de,
my account had to be activated manually at the time.

can a forum admin help please?
there is no email address (impressum) from umod where you can report if exactly such problems arise, so you have to write this to the forum
I'd suggest trying with a different email. We can't always account for all email providers to work with our email provider.
the most easy ways for u, but not for user ...

its not the problem of emailadress, its technical problem of UMOD.
the email is register, see pic, and if i put email again and resend, nothing is coming !

if we take a different emailadress, we lost the username. we need only the activision-link, my emailadress is ending with @email.de too and working why umod hasnt email like problem for this, if user cant log in. like help email or impressum ? other user must looeged in for user user to write helpmail in forum, thats anouying !

I confirmed your friends account manually.

very confused: he said, it comes always "not match our records"
and if he want register new, it comes: "email and usename always taken"

passwordremember will send an email but nothing is coming too ... i think its a really umod-problem :)

can u send the verify link to this email directly please ... ?

The account with the e-mail N***********[email protected] no longer requires confirmation, he should be able to login.

For the record I tested our confirmation e-mails and they are definitely being sent to other e-mail providers correctly.
