I've noticed that all of the plugins I've looked at are one .cs file. My plugin is getting complex and it would help to be able to split it into multiple files. Can a plugin be submitted as multiple files? Worse case I can split it up on my end, then recombine to submit.

Plugins submitted must be a single file. There are tools that can help combine multiple files into one though, which I believe LaserHydra even develops one.
