for some reasons on my server host rust oxide it can't be downloaded. i join in that website to download and that 3 point continue infinitly to loading and doesn't show me the button to DOWNLOAD so ALWAYS i have to download from my pc and re-upload the oxide files

Sounds like the method your host is using to download doens't follow redirects. The links we provide here are just redirects to the builds on our GitHub, but they are indeed working as you've verified yourself.

so starting from now oxide will be downloaded from here : https://github.com/theumod/umod.rust/releases ? and no more from here : https://umod.org/download

EDIT : my host is from OVH

As I mentioned, both URLs work. The URLs we provide on our site here are just redirects to GitHub to provide an "always latest", direct URL. They are redirects though, so your host would have to be setup to support and follow redirects, which is generally pretty simple and I'm surprised they wouldn't have already. You can also find the download links via https://umod.org/games.
