Every time i install oxide this happens and my server crashes

You sure you updated your server right trough steamcmd? Try it again and re-download oxide from here https://umod.org/games/rust
Should be good. Got that error a couple times aswell when i updated it just try it again
There is nothing in that screenshot that your server is crashing, nor that Oxide is even installed. I'd suggest uploading your full server logs.
