I have tried everything to get excavator to work, currently both the plugin cs files itself and the config file are unedited from default. All i have done is use the rcon gather and dispenser commands for 3x. Everytime anyone attempts to run excavator the rcon spits out this error over and over and nothing comes out of excavator.
