Did an update to the new version of Gather manager v2.2.78. Logged in today and turns out pickup is now set back to default. I've gone ahead and checked config and everything is how it should however picking up resources is set to default not 2x.

Sounds like your server is running an old Oxide version.
No other plugin isn't working as intended.
Could you provide the output of the oxide.version command please? There is no know issue with pickups if you are updated with Oxide.Coasty
