I've searched for atleast an hour on google and old oxide to find out what specifies the gather of the bradley and heli bodies after taking them down. How do I adjust them? 

You will need to look at loot adjusting plugins. Gather manager only assists with resources, not loot.

Is there a way to change how much you gather from breaking the heli's body?

After its shot down you can mine it and get reosurces, can those be adjusted?

Me and a mate have been trying for hours to try and slove this issue but we cant seem to find the command to up the components and the scrap inside the component barrel, is this not supported but the gather manager or just a bug.

How can i make normal crates / barrels / bradley / heli / cargo more loot? i did * but it dosent modify that

This plugin does not support loot rates, although it may do in the future.
