I tried installing it multiple times but nothing is working, not even editing the config or doing /gather will effect anything. Any help is welcome!

If the commands do not work, configuration is not generated, etc... this generally means the plugin is not loaded and hasn't been loaded. Check your oxide/logs for errors.
