So far I've only tried the scrap tea but I had a pure tea which should give 100% buff to scrap gather. Our default gather rate is 2x so I'd expect the tea to make that 4x but I'm only getting 3x.  It looks like the tea buff makes an addtional scrap item fall from a barrel but that item is based on the default gather rate.

E.g. When I hit a barrel without a buff I get 4 scrap, with the buff it drops 4 and another 2 where I'd want the extra 2 to be 2x as well.

This plugin does not affect scrap drop rates.
