Hi, I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find anything.

How do you adjust the speed of rad query, like HQM mine?

I'm trying to tweak the mining quarries on the map to increase the output to make them useful, but no matter what I set it to it remains stuck at 1x. Ther other changes I've made to the gather rates works fine. 

Here is my config, did I break it somehow? I checked it in a validator and it said its fine.

It doesn't change from Vanilla as reported by several players of mine. I have everything set correctly in configuration.
