Can't get gather rates to change

hey guys,
got me a Oxide server all up and running,Ive put in my steam ID so i now have Authentication level 2 (admin rights) and it does work i can fly around etc,However one problem im having is making it a 10x server,Ive entered all the commands such as -

gather.rate dispenser * 10
gather.rate pickup * 10
gather.rate quarry * 10
gather.rate survey *10
dispenser.scale tree 10
dispenser.scale ore 10
dispenser.scale corpse 10

Yet its just not changing the pickup?ive restarted the server,wiped restarted again re-entered the commands just wont change.
appreciate any help!

try one of these plugins to make it x10

with my experience I would go  for the Ugater because its more easyer to use, 
and you can also set everything inside the config file aswell once done just use the command o.reload UGater or o.reload GatherManager  then the plugin is going to reload everything that you've changed,

hi thanks for the reply,ive installed the Ugater plugin and edited inside the config file changed all the numbers from 2 to 10 and still its not applying the changed,ive put in the " o.reload UGater",ive restarted the server..completely lost on this one as ive had a server from them before and the above lines in the first post worked flawless so i dont know whats changed.

What do you mean you had a server from them before who are them, and the most importent is do you get any errors when you changed the json config file if yes please post the error so that the rest of the community can help you further with it, because I'm using it to and I don't have any issue's with it
