some player asking me to change the gather rate to x5 like my server is but its not possible with gather manager or any other plugin i know 
maybe u can add this ?

Also, planted plants and wild plants are under two different categories. So if you want planted hemp to give out 5x cloth in addition to wild hemp you need to make sure cloth is multiplied under dispensers and pickups, iirc.
