So I've deleted all other versions of it completely off my server, reinstalled the plugin fresh from the plugins page. I tried restarting the server, reloading the plugins, reloading just that plugin and I can't get the gather rates to change. I tried inputting "gather.rate dispenser Wood 100" into the console and got this as a result. Not sure what else I'm not doing:
