If u set quarry.tick rate to 1 second it will always mining the resources even if there is no fuel on it.

Well I guess this was 2 months ago and I am here because I got greedy and set mine to 1 second, lol. I must assume the fix would be to set it to 2 seconds? It's still pretty fast anyway.

I set to 3 seconds, and even unloaded the plugin and the fueless quarry is still mining. 
I guess it throws Rust into a glitch and required a server reboot.

2 seconds was an issue as well. 

The solution was 3 seconds and you need to reboot the server.
