Doesn't seem to affect jackhammer and chainsaw

I've configured a server with the following:

gather.rate dispenser * 5
gather.rate pickup * 5
gather.rate quarry * 5
gather.rate survey *5
dispenser.scale tree 5
dispenser.scale ore 5
dispenser.scale corpse 5

However, it doesn't seem to affect jackhammers and chainsaws. Is this intentional or a bug?

Is there any way to change the rates harvested by these 2 items as theres no setting for them, they are stuck at vanilla.

Does anyone know of a setting to enable the jackhammer / chainsaw for gatherrate ?

^ not an issue anymore , its seems i was using an outdated version ^
