It would be good to be able to add economics points or RP for adding a friend, there should also be a permission to remove friends as it would reduce the exploiting of other plugins using the API. Even better would be a cooldown setting after removing a friend before being able to add them again!

This is an API that other plugins can utilize, it wouldn't have that implemented directly. You'd need a separate plugin that ties into this plugin to add the functionality you are looking for.
