Just wondering what the "CacheTime" setting is in the config?
I also want to be able to stop people changing friends every 5 seconds... if CacheTime does this that would be perfect, I cant find anything in the info.

I'm not sure myself (didn't write the old versions), but the plugin is going to be re-written.
Noice! A feature with a time limit between adding friends or once the friend limit is reached it locks. Either or both would be amazing!
What would the purpose be for locking the friends list?
