I don't have the perms to access "/ff help" within the game. Everytime I shoot someone the damage reflects back on myself... Anyone help?

You need the friendlyfire.changestate permission to view the options or change your state. Are you using any other plugin such as punish friendly fire? Otherwise no clue why it reflects back onto you
