I suspect it is the networking issue in oxide. Lets see if the next patch fixes it.

Oxide has no networking, the limitNetworking/network grouping in Rust changed. We are considering a partial revert of their changes to resolve the issue.
Just tested with the latest patch and it is working as it was before.
