I have this on my server, but when the player tries to use bgrade, it says they do not have the resources?

I don't know how bgrade determines if they have resources or not but I don't think it's compatible.

BGrade has the bgrade.nores permission which allows upgrading for free. As long as you can place the twig block (which Free Build should let you do), then I assume BGrade would upgrade it for free.
