Packet flooding all players kicked

On one of our servers we use the foundation limiter.

The setting was set to 125 max foundations and a scan range of 35

a player had built a huge base surrounded by a wall both of which I suspect used the max foundations permissible.

When another play attempted to create a raid base and placed a foundation all players were kicked from the server with packet flooding.

I restarted the server several times until the problem was identified. I changed the scan range to 20 and restarted the mod and the player was able to place the foundation without players being kicked.

Having similar issues.

Upon placing the foundations with a semi-large base, severe lag.  Restarting the plugin did nothing.
