I think he's asking how many foundations is the max. I've set it to 150 and it's already getting alot of errors. I pretty much want to expend it to 200 because it feels like this is a nice maximum but im afraid I will get more errors that way.

So what is the limit you are recommanding? Because anything below 100 foundations seems like vanilla rates

That message is not an error, but a message that tells you that the operation took a long time.

Theoretically, there is no limit on the maximum number of foundations. Just the bigger the limit, the slower it gets.

I do experience some lag spikes when it spams those messages. I pretty much was using this plugin to stop people from building insanely sized bases which could lag the server, but now the lag spikes could also happen when building normally sized bases around 100 foundations. And i've limitted it to 150 foundations now eventhough that seems very low. I would much rather limit it to 200 foundations or so. Especially when using triangles a base could be too small for people to be happy with.

So could there anything be done to optimize the plugin and make it work less laggy? Or was this plugin designed to limit a base to like only 20 foundations or something (so for like 2x gather rate servers or something) and not really for high gather servers?

Any ETA? People are really complaining about lag at the same time you get these warnings.

I have a high gather server so I need to limit base sizes one way or another to prevent lag. But it appears limiting base sizes using this plugin is creating lag.

Could it be that the max distance setting would be causing the lag and not the max foundation count?
