The claim on modular cars is possible. There are however some things to be aware of.
While youtube is uploading an example, ill explain a bit here on what I have found during the "claim" command being used on Modular cars.
1. When claimed, you cannot access the storage, the car parts, or the gasoline tank.
2. Your car will start act as it just came from the "pimp my ride" series. Low rider air pressure mod as you could look like it in that way :P
3. car won't start, hearing a "throttle" while the low grade was still in the gasoline tank.
