Cant seem to place on any roof tile shape, getting prefab warning 

Do you have permission? What warning?

Yes have permission the error says - "You cannot place a turret within another turret!" then says "Failed Check: AngleCheck (PrefabPreProcess-Client/Autoturret_Deployed/sockets/free/angle)" ..... hope this helps  :)

same bit bummed

Ive had the same thing.   only way around it seems to be if you place the turret on the roof first, before placing any other turrets in said base.  if you already have a turret on the ground somewhere it wont let you place it.  I can also only place one upside down turret in my base at a time.
