Server owner is busy but allowed me and others to have access to this plugin but we do /noclip and we move forward or up we instantly get shaky screen and are bouncing up and down very fast no mTter speed we go at any thoughts to how to fix this. Idk if its rust or plugin doing this.

Well the plugin is super old and yes, can be very choppy.  

I would suggest you use my FauxAdmin plugin.  It allows use of the real admin noclip without being a full.admin.
