I'm not 100% sure. But I think the command might be extending to world objects and not just things they built/placed. Somebody cleared out the inside of the giant excavator on my build server.
Entkill command seems to remove world objects
Do you have the Option to "Only allow FauxAdmins to use entkill in there own stuff ? " set to true?
if is not, it will allow anyone with Fauxadmin to kill world stuff.
