I just tested the creation of a faction with the two plugins (Factions and FactionsCore) but it hangs on "to begin creating a new faction type a name for the Faction .. To quit at any time simply type 'quit" or press' n' ". If you type "quit" or press "n", the UI window remains open.
PS : Creating a Faction works very well with only the "Factions" plugin.
