Would love to have this automatically turned on when waking.

Players with perm does get added to list on connection so if perm is set after connection , player needs to disconnect and reconnect ( im adding a check for perm now in OnSleepEnded,but still needs to die before active if perm is added after awake)

but also console must be open every session before it will work (thats got to do with rust not plugin)
