Hello there and friendly greetings!
So, I need some clarifications about a couple of things I totally don't understand:

1. recycler.balance - Current Crafting Balance --- what's it all about? what is this crafting balance?
2. recycler.give $player.id --- I am going to use Server Rewards, can I use this command to invoke Server Rewards command to let my players buy a recycler? That would be awesome!!

1. That's a way to limit number of recyclers a player can give themselves using /recycler.craft command (also applies to recycler.give i believe).
2. Yes that can work. Also you can add it to any shop by adding it as a "box.repair.bench" with skinid 1594245394 and custom name "Recycler".
