The Throw, Drop, Launch messages only send to screen if admin make it by himself in game.
If player doing Throw, Drop, Launch , Nothing messages send to admin screen in game.

I mean :
If admin himself dropped C4 ---> The messages will working and send to admin own screen in game.
If Player dropped C4 ---> Nothing messages send to admin screen in game.

But in the console , All Admin/Player messages is working and showing on there.
Only Player messages not showing to admin screen in game.

Any fix for it ?
